Rider !
*** customer service. Got 3 bikes from here. One for me, 2 for my wife. I got around 12 thousand miles on mine, and it is still in great shape ! The owner of the shop knows bicycles ! Great mechanic, very p***onate about bicycles. Spends time with his customers, exactly tries to understand their needs, and then recommends them something that would exactly address their needs.
Lot of times he doesn't even charge me anything for minor maintenance type services.
Will always go to cosmic wheels for any of my bicycle needs !

Road Bike Newbie
New to "more serious than casual" road biking, I had been looking for a good shop to call my home shop. I have a lot to learn, and am hungry to learn it, but need a place with people I trust to go to to answer questions & give advice, tune and repair, or gear me up properly. Been all over Bergen county. Some good shops and, by my impressions, just as many bad shops.
Thanks to my brother in law Jeff, who prodded me to go down to Ridgefield Park to see "my guys" at the Cosmic Wheel, I found the best bike shop I've visited yet. So good are the folks there that I'm done visiting.
A tri-athlete friend upgraded to a new carbon frame, so I bought his Specialized Allez aluminum as my entry into road biking, an upgrade for me from a Trek mountainbike I'd been riding over the road. The guys at the Cosmic Wheel spent generous amounts of time properly adjusting and fitting me to the bike and the bike to me, explaining what each adjustment does and what even kind of pain will present itself after rides if that adjustment is off.
They inspected the bike, made some necessary repairs and tuned and balanced everything. I left with a bike that felt like no other ever has, and I have been riding regularly and distances I never thought I would sans minor aches and pains I always thought were just part of biking.
It is far easier to give people money than trust, but trust is precisely what the people at Cosmic Wheel earned from me from Day 1. They are genuine, courteous, honest and enthusiastic about every kind of biking and the interests of every kind of biker, from competitive to casual, young or old.
The long and short of it is this: When you have a hard time telling if the conversations they are having are with customers or friends, you're in the right place. And you'll want to come back.
The Cosmic Wheel is that kind of place. For me, it's not the closest place, but it's the best place. And now I have a "home shop."
